Beside the Indian Ocean and away from all the hustle and bustle of your typical holiday resort - Villa Frangipani is the ideal tranquil and authentic Bali holiday experience. It is surrounded by and looks onto rice padi fields, an ancient Hindu temple and Coconut/Palm trees that line the beachfront. As our guest you can relax to the sound of nature and the hypnotic ebbing-and-flowing of currents from the Indian Ocean.

Built in 2010, Villa Frangipani is both modern and contemporary in style. It has 400m2 of built-up living space and all rooms are large and well proportioned. Outdoors within the tropical luscious gardens is a large swimming pool (65m2) with integrated Jacuzzi and Balinese Gazebo. The Villa has an atmosphere of spaciousness and you will find yourself submersed In Balinese rural living.

The indoor areas are air-conditioned with rotary fans and there is a strict non-smoking policy for inside all closed living areas. The living and dining area is large in size (85m2). The feeling of spaciousness and luxury is enhanced by a high (7m) open-vault natural wood roof. This area is beautifully furnished while the many windows and glass doors afford great visibility of the exterior flora and swimming pool area.

3 Large Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom – Is air-conditioned and features a king-size bed. Television + DVD player, Vanity Area, walk-in wardrobe, toilet with a separate shower and bathtub area.

Bedroom 2 – Also air-conditioned featuring a king-size bed, Television + DVD player, Vanity Area, toilet, separate shower and bath tub area.

Bedroom 3 – Features a King size bed, Television + DVD player, Vanity Area, toilet, and a separate area for the shower and bath tub. Outside of the bedroom is a wrap around balcony with views to lush rice fields.

Villa Frangipani is located in the peaceful rice-Paddy district of Canggu on the South West coast of Bali. Just 30 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport it offers an excellent starting point to discover Bali. You can experience the best of both worlds – as well as having a tranquil and traditional country setting – the Villa is only a 10 minute drive to the best restaurants, bars, shopping and spa’s. A further 15 minutes South is the renowned Kuta resort with its bargain shopping and bustling nightlife so popular with young and old alike.

In the immediate vicinity of Villa Frangipani are :
Berawa Beach – offers excellent surfing and is only 400m or 5 minutes walk. It’s Westerly aspect means it gets beautiful sunsets for evening walks.

The Canggu Club - the best sports and leisure facility on the island of Bali. Again, it’s just 5 minutes walk (400 meters). Villa Frangipani has full membership and as guest you can enjoy it’s extensive facilities free-of-charge. Amongst its facilities it has an excellent swimming pool, indoor/outdoor tennis, squash courts and a fully equipped gymnasium.

Adjacent is the world-famous Eco - Village Resort of Desa Seni – Frangipani guests may visit the organic food restaurant, take yoga classes or participate in the comprehensive range of holistic and spa therapies at a cost.
