Villa Roman is a stunning brand new four-bedroom villa. The architectural style of the villa offers the best building material that Indonesia and Asia has to offer along with the specific interior decorating style of the perfect holiday house. Predominantly by white color, Villa Roman offers a luxurious ambience in a tropical surrounding.

The main living area was designed completely open. Located between the two-master bedrooms and the kitchen, the living room has large comfortable couches that invite casual lounging. The contemporary open-space kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, and features a long wooden dining table. The dining area opens onto the pool and can easily sit 8 to 10 people. The 2-guest bedrooms are separated from the main building and the general living area, only few steps away from the terrace. The sizeable gardens showcase a terraced lawn and a 15 meters swimming pool, together with a poolside of sundeck, furnished with six romantic traditional single set sun loungers.

VILLA FEATURES & AMENITIES:
All bedrooms feature a king-sized bed draped in white voile and a big sliding doors open onto a generous private terrace overlooking the garden and pools. A safe deposit box in every room is provided to secure personal valuables. Each en-suite bathrooms has an open-air shower. Bathroom amenities such as towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and hair dryer are provided.

The kitchen features modern gas stove and oven, microwave, a large refrigerator, hot-cold dispenser of mineral drinking water, a good range of kitchen utensils and quality tableware. The main living area equipped with a large flat-screen TV with satellite TV program and a music system. A wireless broadband internet is provided.

IN-HOUSE SERVICES:
The Villa Manager is on duty daily with 3 times in a week visit schedule to the villa, unless there is an urgent matter that requires his attention. He works hand in hand with the Villa Supervisor to make sure that the property is well-maintained and the guest is wellserviced. Nevertheless, the Villa Manager will be there on the guest’s check in and check out and is reachable whenever needed. The Villa Supervisor is on duty daily with a daily schedule to visit the villa. He assists the Villa Manager in order to make sure that the property is well-maintained and the guest is well-serviced. We have a professional cook that is available whenever you would like to have a special menu for lunch and or dinner.

Breakfast, fruits and snacks, welcome drink & mineral drinking water.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Laundry (for personal laundry), baby sitter, massage, car hire (with or without driver), trip and tour arrangement (flight ticket, boat,  excursion, etc). For these services, charges will apply accordingly.

Villa Roman is just 5 minutes drive to the upscale areas of Seminyak which boast some of the finest shopping, dining, and nightlife on the island, including the famous KuDeTa, Hu’u, Living Room, and La Lucciola. It is also just a few minutes drive from the white-sanded Petitenget Beach, well-known for its breathtaking sunset and panoramic coastline views.

Just around the corner from the villa is the Umalas Equestrian Centre for horse lovers. The Canggu Club; Bali’s first and only international private members’ club; is only 10 minutes drive. The villa is convenient for all of the island’s main shopping malls and tourist attractions, including Tanah Lot, Bali’s most venerated sea temple.
