Villa VC21C sits on 2250 square metres of beachfront land planted in lush tropical vegetation and gently swaying palms. There are 45 metres of beachfront, so you literally step off your front lawn on to the sand. The two pools are extensive in scope too. The main infinity pool measures 20 x 5 metres for a total of 100 square metres. The smaller pool, with a maximum depth of 60 centimetres, is great for children but also fun for adults to splash around in. At the end of the main pool, very near the beachfront, is a heated jacuzzi which is designed for the enjoyment of up to eight adults. Many of these can be held on the beach in front of your villa.
Weddings & Events
Villa VC21C, with its spacious rooms and gardens is an ideal venue for that special event – a wedding, an anniversary, a birthday celebration, or just a great party. There’s more than enough room to seat up to 80 guests for a sit-down dinner. Up to 200 can enjoy cocktails and canapés.
Living rooms
The main living room is 80 square metres; the second, upstairs, is 45 square metres. Both rooms are unenclosed.
Dining room
The 50 square metre dining room is air-conditioned, but can also be thrown open with French doors.
Media room
Located below the west bedrooms building, accessible by an outdoor staircase along the swimming pool, this is a secluded area. 48 sqm, equipped with 5.1 Bose/Denon home cinema system. 6m wide sliding glass doors open to the river bank and the sea in the remote. At the rear, huge bed/lounger over the whole width of the room.
Bedrooms
Villa VC21C has five air-conditioned double bedrooms with king- and queen-sized beds. Each has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub as well as shower. All five bedrooms have ocean views.
Swimming pool
20m x 5m infinity pool with overflow and salt chlorinator treatment system. Finished in sukabumi stone inside and lava stone at the top. Complemented with a children shallow pool at dining room deck level, and a heated Jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Pool deck in iron wood, fixed daybed and sun loungers.
Staff quarters
120 sqm on two levels, include 2 maids quarters, storage area and two covered carparks. A private path leads directly to the kitchen. No window overlooking the house.
